邢钢180m^2烧结机提高混合料温度的实践

介绍了邢钢180m2烧结机投产以来,在提高混合料温度方面所采取的主要措施。该厂通过提高生石灰质量、采用蒸汽预热混合料、在混合机中加热红泥浆等,改善了混合料的透气性,进而提高了烧结矿产、质量。

Since 180 m^2 sintering plant commissioning, a series of measures to increase the mixture temperature were adopted such as improvement of burnt lime quality, pre- heating of sintering mixture and addition of hot red slurry etc. As a result, the bed permeability was increased, the sinter output was also increased, the sinter quality was improved.
