摘要 目前,大多数中、小型矿井采用斜井绞车提升方式。传统的斜井提升机普遍采用交流绕线式异步电动机转子串接电阻调速方式,为克服该调速方式速度精度低、机械特性差和能耗大等缺点,采用了变频调速技术来改造矿井提升机的传动控制系统,可实现全频率(0-50Hz)范围内的恒转矩控制,并可获得显著的节能效果。 At present most of medium anti small size mines adopt a lifting mode by using inelined shaft winch, while traditional inclined shaft hoists generally apply a speed control mode with AC wound rotor induction motors controlled by connecting ext. rotor resistance in series. To overcome the shortcomings of lower speed accuraey, poor mechanical characteristics and higher energy- consumption, etc. on above said speed control mode. A variable frequency speed control technology, is adopted so as to innovate the drive control system of mine hoist, thus leading to a constant torque control function with variable frequency range from 0 to 50Hz can be realized. And the system could achieve a remarkable energy saving effect.
