摘要 介入医学是医学领域内发展最迅速的学科之一,存在十分良好的发展前景。目前介入放射治疗面临着严重的挑战,主要是学科之间存在着激烈的竞争,介入诊疗技术缺乏标准化和规范化。要加强学科自身建设,加强规范化和标准化管理。介入放射学科要强调创新;要重视与生命科学、信息科学之间的相互渗透与结合,与分子生物学、生物技术、基因工程技术、信息科学相结合研究恶性肿瘤和心脑血管疾病的治疗仍然是重中之重,针对该两大疾病的治疗技术及其相关的基础与临床研究自然是未来的总体方向。管腔内支架(endoluminal stent,ES)作为介入医学领域的一项高新技术,用于临床的历史不长,但发展迅速,特别是近年来,该项技术无论在临床疗效与应用范围,还是在新型ES研制与新技术的应用方面均取得突破性进展,必将成为21世纪介入医学的研究热点。大力发展介入放射学是当今介入医学战略的重要决策。 Interventional medicine is one of the most rapid - developing subspeciality of medical field and the prosperous future. At present, interventional radiology is facing serious challenge and perplexity that comes from the interdisciplinary turfbattle. The need of criterion for interventional diagnostic and therapeutic tech-niques, proposed to future the development of our discipline ; to emphasize the standard regulation of intervention-al practice. Its most predominant characteristics are as follows: the scientific study of interventional radiologyneeds to stress the creativity,needs to highlight the interpenetration and integration between the scientific studyof interventional radiology and life sciences and informative sciences. It is the key points to emphasize the treat-ment of malignant neoplasm and cardiac - cerebral vascular diseases, the clinical and foundational studies of thera-peutic techniques are naturally the entire future directions. Endoluminal stent(ES)is one advanced technique ininterventional medicine, although its history of clinical applications is brief, the development is rapid. In recentyears, the prominent progress has been made not only in its clinical effect and applied field, but also in the devel-opment of new ES and the applications of new techniques ES will be study focus of interventional medicine in 21 century. Expand interventional radiology vigorously is an important strategic decision in today's interventionalradiology.
