摘要 目的:对基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的结构、功能和可能的调控机理及其在子宫内膜癌浸润转移中的作用作一综述。方法:收集和查阅大量国内外有关文献。结果与结论:基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)对细胞外基质和基底膜有广泛的降解作用,在子宫内膜癌的浸润转移中发挥着重要的作用。 Objective:To sum up the structure, function and possible mechanism of MMPs, as well as the role it plays on the invasion and metastasis of endomatrial carcinoma. Methods: Consulting related literatures home and aboard. Results and Conclusions:MMPs take part in the degradation of extraeeUular matrix (ECM) and play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
