目的:论述了细胞周期素E(Cyclin E),视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白(pRb)的发现历史,分子结构,及近几年上述因子在尖锐湿疣(CA)中的研究进展。方法:查阅国内外大量有关文献。结果与结论:细胞周期素E(Cyclin E),视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白(pRb)为探索尖锐湿疣发病机制及有效治疗提供新思路。

Objective： To present the molecular structune, biological feature of Cyclin E, pRb on their expression in CA. Methods：Looking up lots of literatures home and aborad. Results and Conclusion：The measurent of cyclin E and pRb may provide a new method for probing the pathogenesis and treatment of CA.
