摘要 介绍了将FCAW用于16MnR(HIC)钢压力容器的制造工艺。采用了高质量焊接材料和适当的焊接规范参数范围,焊接工艺评定试验结果完全满足产品制造技术条件要求;在产品焊接过程中,通过焊接操作和焊接工艺的控制,使焊缝通过100%的超声波探伤、射线探伤以及水压试验。 FCAW process applied in fabrication of 16MnR(HIC) steel pressure vessels was introduced. High quality welding material and suitable welding parameters were used for the welding procedure qualification test results fully meeting the requirement of the product manufacturing specification . During the welding between the nozzles and shells of vessel, by controling of welding operations and welding process , the welds were carried out the 100% RT,UT inspection and hydrostatic test.
