摘要
称量精度决定于提前量的控制精度,对提前量的控制以往采用双速法,存在称量精度和称量时间的矛盾,不能满足生产要求,本文引入模糊控制算法,对称量速度和时间加以控制,既提高了称量精度,又满足了称量时间。
Weighing precision depends on control precision of aimingoff. Anciently the control of aimingoff was carried out by double-rate procedure which did not meet the demands of production as the weighing precision is in contradiction with the weighing time. In this article a fuzzy control algorithm was introduced to balance the weighing rate against the weighing time. Both the weighing precision and the weighing time are satisfactory by means of this algorithm.
