Based on the introduction of the overall situation in Chongqing＇s pivots and the design criteria, design scheme and scheme comparison and selection of the southeast loop line, this article gives some advisable suggestions including the design speed selection of the southeast loop line; the function orientation of the southeast loop line in city construction; and the selection of construction scheme for the southeast loop line.
