摘要
高等教育市场竞争加剧,高校“卖方市场”优势弱化,学生与学校之间关系日渐平等,学生管理成为两个平等主体间的对话互动活动,“关注心、管理心”成为管理的重要内容和手段。组织管理中的心理契约理论可为高校与学生之间这种“心的管理”提供有效借鉴。
Competition between universities has been getting increasingly fierce and the advantages of "seller's market" of universities have been on the decline. The relationship between students and universities is becoming more equal and student management has become interaction between two equal subjects. "Caring and management of hearts" constitute the main contents and major means of student management. The theory of "psychological contract" will lend its services to the "management of heart" in student management in universities.
