摘要
独立学院学生是大学生群体中的特殊部分,与普通本科学生相比,他们的心理健康状况有特殊性。因此,应加强独立学院一年级新生心理健康状况的调查,分析产生心理问题的原因,开展以注重培养学生自我心理调节能力和创建积极的心理健康教育氛围为重点的独立学院大学生心理健康教育。
Students of independent colleges form a special group among college students. Compared with students of usual colleges, they have some peculiarities in mental health. Accordingly, investigation of the mental health state of the freshmen in independent colleges should be paid attention to, analysis of the causes of problems should be made and mental health education should be conducted with the objective of cultivating their psychological adjustmerit ability and creating a positive mental health education atmosphere.
