不同采集地何首乌的质量评价

Quality evaluation for Radix Polygonum Multiflori from different habitats

目的以2,3，5，4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为指标评价不同采集地何首乌的质量.方法HPLC法，色谱柱为C18，流动相为乙腈-水（体积比25：75），检测波长320nm。结果2，3，5，4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0．2460～2．460μg范围内线性良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．5％（RSD=2．0％）。结论为何首乌质量评价提供了新的指标和方法。

Objective To evaluate the qualities of Radix Polygonum Multiflori, a Chinese traditional herb, from different habitats. Methods 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2- O-β-D-glycoside in the extracts of Radix Polygonum Multiflori was used a quality index of the herb. The content of the compound was analyzed on a C18 HPLC column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water（25： 75 ） ,and the detection wavelength was at 320 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 2460 - 2. 460 μg（ r = 0. 9999） for the glycoside. The average recovery was 99.5% （ RSD = 2.0% ）. Conclusion This method could be used for the quality evaluation of Rad/x Polygonum Muhiflori from different habitats.
