广东人群CYP2C9基因T269C位点多态性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究广东人群CYP2C9基因T269C位点多态性。方法PCR扩增跨越CYP2C9基因T269C位点的DNA片断,用MvaI酶切PCR产物,通过PAGE-银染判断基因型。结果在接受检测的158例健康广东人中,共检出2名CYP2C9 T269C位点杂合子个体,其余156人均为野生型纯合子个体。结论广东人群存在CYP2C9 269C即CYP2C9*13等位基因,其频率为0.006;中国人群和韩国人群CYP2C9*13等位基因频率差异无显著性。 Objective To investigate the polymorphism of T269C of CYP2C9 gene in Guangdong population. Methods The DNA fragments spanning the T269C of CYP2C9 gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction, the PCR products were subjected to MvaI digestion,then the genotypes were determined with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and sliver-staining. Results Two individuals were heterozygotes(269T/269C) in 158 healthy individuals studied, others were wild-type homozygotes o Conclusion There was CYP2C9 269C namely CYP2C9 * 13 allele in Guangdong population, whose frequency was 0. 006; there were no significant difference on allele frequencies of Chinese population and those of Korean population for CYP2C9 * 13
