摘要 目的探讨经超声处理后大肠杆菌胞内游离钙的变化。方法超声波作用影响大肠杆菌,用Fura-2/AM探针法测定胞内游离钙的变化。结果经超声作用后的大肠杆菌胞内游离钙水平升高,打开了钙依赖性的离子通道,膜两侧离子交流加速,膜通透性增加。结论Fura-2/AM荧光探针法可用于微生物大肠杆菌胞内游离钙的测定。经一定条件下超声作用后的大肠杆菌胞内游离钙水平升高。 Objective Study alteration of intracellular Ca^2+ of Escherichia coli (E. coli) by ultrasound treating, Method Determined the alteration of intracellular Ca^2+ by Probe Fura-2/AM method after ultrasound treating, Result and conclusion intracellular Ca^2+ level increased, opened the ion road of depending on Ca^2+ , ion transport increased inside or outside and membrane permeability increased. Probe Fura-2/AM method is applied for determining intracellular Ca^2+ of Escherichia coli
