开胃方预防恶性肿瘤化疗性胃肠功能障碍的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察开胃方对恶性肿瘤化疗后胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法180例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为预防组和对照组,化疗期间预防组给予中药加减枳实消痞汤,对照组不给予中药,观察化疗前及化疗5 d后患者胃肠功能障碍的形成及胃肠道症状变化情况。结果预防组和对照组在化疗前后的胃肠道证候积分均有明显变化,化疗后对照组痞满病发生率明显高于预防组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组间化疗后总症状积分变化差异有显著性(P<0.01);预防组对于食欲不振、胃脘胀满、恶心呕吐及大便干燥等症状的预防效果尤为显著(P<0.01)。结论中药开胃方在预防和治疗化疗性胃肠功能障碍方面疗效显著。 Objective To observe preventive efficacy of Kaiwei recipe on the formation of gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 180 patients with cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in preventing group were treated with Kaiwei recipe, while patients in control group were not. Observe the gastrointestinal dysfunction and symptomatic changes of patients with cancer before and 5 clays after chemotherapy. Results The Symptomatic scores after chemotherapy changed significantly in two groups. The incidence of Piman (feeling of fullness) syndrome in control group was higher than that in preventing group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The changes of total score of symptom in preventing group is smaller than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The preventive effect of Kaiwei recipe was good in many symptoms, particularly in anorexia, turgor of upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting and constipation. Conclusion Kaiwei recipe has a good clinical efficacy on patients with cancer in preventing and treating gastrointestinal dysfunction after chemotherapy.
