摘要
棉氨纶弹力织物采用酶煮练-轻碱煮-常规氧漂三步法和酶煮练-高效练漂两步法,进行连续长车轧蒸前处理,测试了处理后织物的毛效、白度、强力和退浆效果。生产实践表明,三步法工艺效果好,且生产成本可控。
Cotton elastic fabric is operated by enzyme scouring-alkali scouring -conventional bleaching three-step process and enzyme scouring-high efficiency scouring and bleaching two-step process. The capillary effect, whiteness strength ,and size removal of semi product are determined. Practical application shows that three-step process has superior results, and the production cost is controllable.
