摘要
为实现经济高效的染整加工,必须采用先进的工艺装备。文中介绍了实现经济染整的各类先进的工艺和设备,如前处理高给液、后整理低给液、高效水洗、松堆丝光、冷堆及湿短蒸染色、流体染色小样机、两相法印花、热水和碱回收等加工原理,阐明各工艺的特点和设备性能。
In order to realize economical and high efficiency dyeing and finishing process, new machinery is a must. This paper introduces the machines with high liquor feeding in pretreatment, low liquid feeding in finishing, high efficiency washing, slack mercerizing, cold pad dyeing and shortened wet steaming dyeing, fluid dyeing, two-phase printing, recovery of heat, water and alkali. Examples in practical application are illustrated.
