摘要
在给定的水文条件、排污口群的相对位置及水资源保护目标所规定的水质浓度下,用两种不同的方法建立河流入河排污口群与保护目标间的输入响应关系,确定各排污口污染物的允许排放量对保护目标的响应系数,并以数学方程式表示。运用该数学方程式,可方便地计算排污口群污染物的最高允许排放量,并对各排污口的污染物削减量进行任意分配,从而灵活机动地调整对污染源进行排放量控制的决策。
Under the given conditions of the hydrological situations, the location of the pollution sources, and the water quality concentration required for the water resources protection,two different measures have been used to establish the input and output reacting relations between the pollution sources and the protection targets. The coefficient of the ponnissive discharge volume of the pollution source reacting to the protection target has been settled and illustrated with the mathematical equation. Such an equation can be used to expediently calculate the maximum permissive discharge volume in the pollution sources and the reduced pollutant vohune can be distributed among the pollution sources and therefore the decision can be adjusted flexibly on the discharge vohune control among the pollution sources.
