Discussion on Effect of Water-soluble Basecoat used in Automobile Industry on Environment

通过对某厂增资扩建技术改造项目中采用水溶性色漆替代溶剂性油漆引起的废气污染物排放量增减情况的案例分析,论述其采用水溶性色漆的环境效益,并建议国内汽车喷涂在有条件的情况下尽量采用水溶性色漆。

Based on the analysis of economic benefit and environmental effectiveness the substitution of water-soluble basecoat for solvent paint was discussed for one extension project, by the virtue of water-solubihty the water-soluble basecoat is beneficial to environment protection, upon that it was suggested that the water-soluble basecoat should be used in the automobile repair and painting system to the best of its abilities.
