左旋布比卡因硬膜外阻滞用于分娩镇痛的最低有效浓度

摘要
目的 确定左旋布比卡因硬膜外阻滞用于分娩镇痛的最低有效浓度.方法 58例产妇宫口扩张1～4 cm时应用最低局麻药浓度实施镇痛,序贯给药后记录相应观察指标.结果 左旋布比卡因的最低局麻药有效浓度为0.096%（95%CI：0.086～0.110）.结论 单纯0.1%左旋布比卡因可以用于分娩镇痛且对运动阻滞作用较弱.
