川芎嗪注射液与45种注射液配伍稳定性分析

Stable analysis of Ligustrazine phosphate injection when blends with 45 kinds of injections

目的分析川芎嗪注射液与常用注射液的配伍稳定性。方法检索1999￣2005年有关文献做列表分析。结果川芎嗪注射液与其中5种注射液(头孢哌酮钠、穿琥宁、复方丹参、清开灵、灯盏花素)不宜配伍。结论川芎嗪注射液显强酸性(pH值2.0￣3.0),应尽量避免与碱性药液配伍;与其他中药制剂配伍易生成沉淀应谨慎。

Objective To analyzes the stability that Ligustrazine Phosphate Injection blends with the commonly used injections. Method Review the 1999-2005 year related literature to make tabulations and analysis. Results Ligustrazine Phosphate Injection is not suitably blends with 5 kinds of injection. Conclusion Ligustrazine Phosphate Injection reveals the strong acid （pH value 2.0-3.0）,should avoid blends with alkaline injection. Ligustrazine Phosphate Injection easily produce precipitates when blends with Chinese native medicine injection.
