摘要
目的提高依诺沙星乳膏稳定性。方法用正交法设计及试验,从依诺沙星乳膏基质所有可能的方案中选出一种能够达到最优目标的搭配方案。结果得到最优基质配比:硬脂酸10%、单硬脂酸甘油酯4.6%、氢氧化钾0.46%、甘油1%。结论最优基质所制得的依诺沙星乳膏很稳定,通过留样观察在有效期内未发现破乳、分层现象。
Objective Improving stability of Enoxacin cream. Methods Using Enoxacin cream as base for oxybutynin gel,choosing an optimal scheme reachable the best objective from all of possible schemes by orthogonal design. Reasults The best matching of base:stearic acid 10%, glycerin monostearate 4.6%,potassium hydrate 0.46%,glycerol 1%. Conclusion Enoxacin cream is that was make by optimum base very much steady,Through storage observation, no find emulsion breaking, delamination of within term of validity.
