FHIT在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中FHIT蛋白的表达状况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用微波SP免疫组化方法检测FHIT蛋白在62例乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达。结果62例乳腺癌组织FHIT表达为58·0%(36/62)、正常乳腺组织为96·8%(60/62),两者比较有显著性差异(p<0·05);伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌FHIT蛋白的阳性率为36·0%(9/25),无淋巴结转移为73·0%(27/37),两者比较,有显著性差异(p<0·05);FHIT蛋白的表达与组织学分级、肿瘤的大小无关(p>0·05)。结论FHIT表达可能与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移有关,FHIT表达缺失或降低是判断乳腺癌预后的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of fragile hisfidine triad (FHIT) in breast cancer and their relationship to clinicopathological factors. Methods Fhit protein expression was detected by microwave SP immunohistochemical method in 62 cases of breast cancer and normal breast tissues. Results Fhit protein expression was detected positive in thirty-six (58.0%) cases of breast cancer, and in sixty (96. 8% ) of normal breast tissues, respectively. There was a significant difference in Fhit protein expression between the cancer tissue and the norreal breast tissues( p 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rates of Fhit was found in 36% (9/25)eases with lymphatic metastasis, and in 73.0% (27/37) without metastasis in breast cancers. There was a significant difference in positive rates of Fhit between the breast cancers with and without lymphatic metastasis(p 〈0. 05). There was no apparent relationship between Fhit protein expression and the histological grade and tumor size. Conclusion Fhit protein expression is essodated with lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer, Loss of Fhit protein expression may become an important prognostic marker for breast cancer.
