摘要
作者为观测儿童患龋危险度、客观评估其摄取蔗糖情况,通过葡萄糖水平测定来观察儿童唾液蔗糖酶活性,并观察年龄、性别、摄糖量和患龋情况对酶活性的影响。结果发现,患龋情况及儿童每日摄糖量与唾液蔗糖酶活性有密切关系,摄糖量越多蔗糖酶活性就越高,患龋率也越高,而年龄与性别对酶活性无影响。表明蔗糖酶活性可反映儿童的龋患危险情况,因此用测定唾液蔗糖酶活性的方法来进行监测是可行的。此实验为儿童患龋危险度的监测提供了一种可选择的手段。
In saliva sucrase can degraded sugar into glucose which is one of the cariogenic factors. Sucrase activity can be influenced by many factors in oral circumstances. The present study on the relationship between the sucrase activity and some factors,such as sex,age,amount of sugar intake and the incidence of caries. The results showed that the higher the incidence of caries was,the stronger the sucrase activity became,Increasing amount of sugar intake could enhance sucrase activity in the saliva of chidren. No relationship was found between sucrase activity and difference of sex or age.
