2000～2004年住院病人死因分析

DEATH CAUSE ANALYSIS OF INPATIENTS FROM 2000 TO 2004

目的 探讨我院1714例住院病人的死亡原因及其变化趋势。方法 收集2000—2004年住院死亡病案1714份，对其病死率、死因构成等进行统计分析。结果 死因构成的前5位分别是：损伤和中毒、肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病，占82．79％。结论 加强死因顺位前5位疾病的防治工作。可降低住院病死率，提高居民的健康水平和生命质量。

Objective To investigate the major death causes and tendency of 1714 inpatients. Methods 1714 cases of inpatients in our hospital during the 2000 to 2004 were collected. The mortality and death cause were statistically analyzed. Results The death causes of the first five positions are injury and poisoning, tumor, circulatory system disease, respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, their constitutional percentage together is 82. 79%. Conclusion The prevention and treatment on the first five diseases should be reinforced to decrease the inpatient mortality, inhabitant health level and quality of life.
