文章研究了显色剂mrdo-四（3，5-二溴-4-羟基苯）卟咻[T（DBHP）P]分光光度法测定铅的方法。在OP表面活性剂存在下，0．08mol／LNaOH介质中，T（DBHP）P与铅络合反应形成黄色的配合物，最大吸收波长为479nm，表观摩尔吸光系数为2．2×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,组成摩尔比为1：2，铅的含量在0～12μg／25ml范围内符合比尔定律,此方法用于血清中痕量铅的测定，结果令人满意。

This paper is a study of the determination on the lead in blood serumr by means of T （DBHP）P spectrophoto method. In the medium of 0. 08mol/L NaOH, lead and T（DBHP）P reagent form an orange compound, whose greatest absorption wavelength is in 479nm and whose absorption spectrum coefficient of apparent mole is 2.2 × 10^5 L · mol^-1· cm^-1. The lead capacity within 0～12μg/25ml conforms to Bill Law. This method can be used to determine the lead in blood serum with satisfying results.
