摘要 文章研究了显色剂mrdo-四(3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯)卟咻[T(DBHP)P]分光光度法测定铅的方法。在OP表面活性剂存在下,0.08mol/LNaOH介质中,T(DBHP)P与铅络合反应形成黄色的配合物,最大吸收波长为479nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.2×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,组成摩尔比为1:2,铅的含量在0~12μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,此方法用于血清中痕量铅的测定,结果令人满意。 This paper is a study of the determination on the lead in blood serumr by means of T (DBHP)P spectrophoto method. In the medium of 0. 08mol/L NaOH, lead and T(DBHP)P reagent form an orange compound, whose greatest absorption wavelength is in 479nm and whose absorption spectrum coefficient of apparent mole is 2.2 × 10^5 L · mol^-1· cm^-1. The lead capacity within 0~12μg/25ml conforms to Bill Law. This method can be used to determine the lead in blood serum with satisfying results.
