胡麻卵磷脂质量的初步分析

A Preliminary Quality Analysis of Flax Phosphatidyl Choline

文章对利用无机盐沉淀法从胡麻磷脂中提取的卵磷脂进行了初步的质量分析。采用薄层色谱法及化学反应对胡麻卵磷脂进行了定性鉴别,鉴别结果表明胡麻卵磷脂主要成分是磷脂酰胆碱(PC);对胡麻卵磷脂进行了酸值、碘值、丙酮不溶物、乙醇可溶物四项质量指标的检查,检查结果表明达到国家标准;采用磷钼蓝比色法(GB5537-85)对胡麻卵磷脂进行了含磷量的测定,测得胡麻卵磷脂的含磷量为2.94%,超过国家标准(P≥2.70%)。

The lecithin on sell is a compound, whose main content is phosphatidyl choline. Being an important export product, it is widely demanded and has a wide expectation of application and development. In the research, a quality analysis of phosphatidyl choline was carried out to diserimine the product with the thin layer chromatography （TLC） and chemical reaction. The results of the discrimination indicate that one of the main contents is phosphatidyl choline. The determination of the acid value, the iodine value, the deposition in acetone,and of the soluble substance in ethanol of phosphatidyl choline leads to the results that they all conform toChina National Standard. The content of the phosphorus in Phosphatidyl choline is determined by P-Mo blue spectrophotometry with the conclusion that it is 2. 94%, surpassing China National Standard.
