In the development of scenic spots, a resonable plan and design decides the life period of the spots and their sustainable development. The bearing capacity of tourism environment is one of major criterion of sustainable development in tourism. By making an analysis of the features and intensions of the bearing capacity in tourism environment, this paper discusses the measurement of the bearing capacity in tourism environment in terms of the construction of index system, the factors and the selection of mathematics model, etc.
