摘要
文章的主要阐述教师在教授学生学习手风琴时,根据培养对象的不同和社会实际需求,在教学中应因材施教,明确培养目标,从学生自身的客观条件和未来的工作性质出发,避免盲目追求技巧性,忽视综合能力及文化素质的培养,从而适应现代社会的工作需求。
When teachers of pre-sehool education in Xinjiang Normal school teach their students the accordion,they should teach them in accordance with their aptitude and social requirements. They should clarify the training objectives, and proceed from students' conditions and future work so to avoid pursuing the skill blindly and ignorig the cultural diathesis and the integrative capability.
