When teachers of pre-sehool education in Xinjiang Normal school teach their students the accordion,they should teach them in accordance with their aptitude and social requirements. They should clarify the training objectives, and proceed from students＇ conditions and future work so to avoid pursuing the skill blindly and ignorig the cultural diathesis and the integrative capability.
