摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定动物源食品中甲巯咪唑残留,结果表明该法的前处理简便、快速。测定结果线性良好,相关系数为0．9979,样品检测的回收率能达到93％-95％。
High performance liquid chromatography determines methimazole residues in animal foods. Then we measures the result with high Performance liquid chromatography. As a result, the first disposal is more convenient and faster. The result of the measurement is good with the correlation index of 0.9979. The returning rate of the detected sample can reach 93% - 95%.
