摘要
用高效液相色谱法对猪尿液中的硫酸特布拉林含量进行测定,结果表明该法的前处理简便、快速。测定结果线性良好,相关系数为0．9989,样品检测的回收率能达到92％-95％。
High performance liquid chromatography determines terbutaline residues in pig urine. Then we measure the result with high performance liquid chromatography. As a result, The first disposal is more convenient and faster, The result of the measurement is good with the correlation index of 0.9989. The returning rate of the detected sample can reach 92% - 95%.
