摘要 针对建设项目可持续发展方面现存的各种问题,本文提出了影响建设项目可持续发展能力的种种因素,运用层次分析法设计了建设项目可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,并确定了权系数,在此基础上,应用模糊数学方法建立了建设项目可持续发展能力的模糊综合评价系统,从而在一定程度上解决了如何运用数学方法分析和处理建设项目可持续发展能力评价中大量存在的模糊问题,是一种定性分析和定量分析相结合的可持续发展能力评估方法。最后举例说明应用这一方法的具体步骤。 As for a lot of present problems about sustainable development of construction project, many kinds of elements affecting the sustainability of construction project are presented in this paper. The index system and the index weight of the assessment about the sustainability of construction project are determined by applying analytic hierarchy process method. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for sustainability of construction project has been established by means of fuzzy mathematics on the ground of the index system and the index weight. So a lot of fuzzy problems in appraisal of the sustainability of construction project are solved by applying mathematic method. The assessment method about the sustainability of construction project combined the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis is put forward. Finally, the author demonstrates the concrete application procedure of the method by analyzing an example.
