本文运用网络教学设计理论,对体育课程资源网络共享的原则进行阐述和设计,以提高网络资源的利用,高效地指导学生进行体育学习和体育锻炼,实现师生预期的教学、学习和锻炼目标。

Adopting the network teaching design theory, the paper explains and develops the design principles of network resource share for a better exploitation of network resource, thus providing efficient instruction on students＇ learning and PE exercises and achieving the expected target of teaching, learning and exercises.
