浙江省林业科技成果转化的现状与对策

Status and Countermeasures of Transforming Scientific and Technical Achievements in Forestry in Zhejiang.

浙江省林业科技成果转化中存在的主要问题是缺乏有效的成果推广机制，成果转化率低。在深入分析存在问题原因的基础上，提出了强化成果转化意识，调整科研结构，制订优惠政策以及引入市场机制等相应的对策。

The main problems of the transform of Zhejiang’s scienticfic and technical achievements in forestry lie in both the lack of effective populariza-tion mechanism and lower transform rate,On the basis of deepgoing analysis of their reasons,some countermeasttres are made:the strengthening of trans-form consciousness of acmevements,the adjustmnet of scientific research instruct,the formulation of preferential policies,the introducing of market mechanism and so on.
