摘要
该文应用热处理、热处理加茎尖组织培养以及在培养基中加入抗病毒药剂等方法,脱除了苹果优系短枝富士的苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(CLSV)和苹果茎沟病毒(SGV),从而获得无潜隐病毒苗木。
The methods of heat treatment, heat treatment plus meristem-tip tissue culture and an-tivirus medicine for eliminating apple chlorotic leaf spot virus(CLSV)and apple stem grooving virus(SGV)of superior short twig Fuji are used in the experiment. The results show that by me ans of these three methods the CLSV and SGV of superior short twig Fuji have been eliminated and the superior short twig Fuji apple trees of CLSV-free and SGV-free are obtianed.
