摘要
对建筑产品的设计与建造过程进行集成化管理以提高设计质量、缩短开发周期并最终极大地满足业主的需求正倍受业界关注。本文用质量功能部署(QFD)的思想和方法构建了一种建筑产品概念设计与建造过程的信息流模型———质量屋(HOQ),并应用模糊集合理论,开发了一种模糊QFD系统,用顾客满意度与易建性两个指标对建筑项目概念设计与建造过程之间的信息集成度进行评价,从而获得高度信息集成的、能极大满足业主需求的概念设计方案。最后举例论证了这个模糊QFD系统。
During the conceptual design stage of building product development, design-construction integration provides the potentials for designers to give their clients better quality designs and finally better value-for-money improvements regarding with shorter developing schedule. Based on the quality function deployment (QFD), this paper presents a kind of information model for the process of design-construction during the conceptual design stage. On the basis of the enlarged customer concept, the fuzzy set theory is integrated into house of quality (HOQ) to capture the inherent impreciseness and vagueness of design-relevant QFD inputs and finally to develop a fuzzy QFD system, in which two indices named client satisfaction index (CSI) and buildabihty satisfaction index (BSI) are used to evaluate quantitatively the extent of information integration between design and construction, and thus a design which is extremely satisfied the client is achieved. An example is presented to illustrate the evaluating algorithm, which also provides viable decision-making method for quantitative buildability evaluation at the early design stage.
