摘要
目的研究细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM1)在酒精性肝病发病过程中的表达及意义。方法选择雄性Wistar大鼠40只,分为正常对照组(简称对照组)和酒精性肝病模型组(简称模型组),每组各20只。采用FACScan型流式细胞仪,检测两组动物复制模型后的4、8、12、16周末肝细胞ICAM1的表达。结果与对照组比较,模型组在复制模型后8周、12周及16周末的ICAM1表达有显著性增加(P<0.05);模型组自身比较,在复制模型8周末之后,肝细胞ICAM1的表达逐步加重(P<0.05)。结论酒精性肝病病情严重程度与肝细胞ICAM1的表达呈正相关,提示ICAM1参与酒精性肝病的发生和发展。
Objective To study the expression and its significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 on liver cells in alcoholic liver disease in rats. Methods 40 wistar male rats were classified to two groups randomly, as 20 rats in control group and 20 rats in model group. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) was detected by using flow cytometry in control group and model group rats that were killed at the end of four weeks, eight weeks, twelve weeks, and sixteen weeks. Results The fluorescent index of ICAM-1 inalcoholic liver disease group was accordingly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.05), and it increased gradually with the progress of alcoholic liver disease. Conclusion Intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) on liver ceil is elevated in alcoholic liver disease and is closely related to the histological severity of disease, suggesting that increase ICAM-1 on liver cell plays an important role in the occurrence and progress of alcoholic liver disease.
