摘要
任何事物的运行都有一定的规则,中国“从厨人”的演变也是如此。因此,只有努力寻找中国“从厨人”几千年演化的必然性规律,才能为中国烹饪大军未来的发展提供理论依据和时空平台。中国“从厨人”演化的过程表明:“需要”是中国“从厨人”演化的真正推动力,而适应社会大系统则是中国“从厨人”发展的必然之路。
The motion of everything in the world observes a definite "regulation", so does the evolvement ot Chinese chef. Therefore, only when we try our best to seek after the inexorable law of the evolvement of Chinese chef lasting for thousands of years can the theoretical basis and the space - time flat roof be provided for the future development of Chinese cooking staff. The evolving process of Chinese chef shows that need is the motive force of the evolvement for Chinese chef, but to comply with the great social system is proved to be an inevitable path for the development of Chinese chef.
