摘要
“可编程控制器原理及应用”是一门应用广泛、实践性强的课程,适用于电气、自动化、仪表等专业。本文系统介绍了该课程的实践教学基地———基于Kingview的网络化PLC实训室的建设方案。我们通过实际调研,精心挑选了实训内容,确定了八个来自不同行业的典型工程项目,并且全部由相关教师参与设计、制作、安装与调试。每个两套,共十六套实训装置。实训室建设原则是:每个实训内容全部参照实际工程项目来建设。实训室运行三年来,配合PLC课程教学改革,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。
The "Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Principles and Applications" is an extensively applied and more practical course for these specialities, such as electricity, automation and instrumentation etc.. This paper discusses in detail the practice teaching base of this PLC course —— the PLC network laboratory based on Kingview. We have elected eight typical project items in different professions as training items after investigation and study. And all of them have been designed, manufactured, installed and adjusted by the teacher-selves. Duple facilities are made for each item, so there are sixteen facilities totally. The "construction principles of the laboratory are that every training item must imitate the practical project item. The laboratory has obtained social and economic benefits in the last three years accompanied with the teaching reform of the PLC course.
