摘要
在成熟期白内障和缺乏良好红光反射的白内障超声乳化手术过程中,完成连续环形撕囊很困难,应用一定浓度的台盼蓝进行前囊膜的染色可以很好辨清前囊膜的位置,帮助准确完成连续环行撕囊,减少术中并发症的出现,现将台盼蓝在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用做一综述。
