金龟子绿僵菌发酵代谢产物中苦马豆素的初步研究

Preliminary Study of Swainsoine from Metabolism Products of the Metarhizium anisopliae

金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)经过发酵培养,采用气相色谱法对发酵代谢产物中的苦马豆素(Swainsonine SW)进行了定性和定量分析;同时用正丁醇萃取法对发酵液进行了初步的分离提取及薄层层析法检测。结果表明,金龟子绿僵菌发酵代谢产物中含有苦马豆素,且含量为10.2 131 mg/L;正丁醇萃取法是从发酵液中提取苦马豆素的有效方法。

After cultured the Metarhizium anisopliae, metabolism products of the Metarhizium anisopliae were studied by using gas chromatography to showed the character and the amount of swainsonine; The solution was extracted with butanol and was detected by TLC. It showed that metabolism products of the Metarhizium anisopliae have SW, and the amount is 10.2 131 mg/L; The butanol extraction is an effective method of isolation of swainsonine from the solution of Metarhizium anisopliae.
