棉蚜在不同抗虫棉品种上的发育历期研究

Studies on Development Period of Cotton Aphid,Aphis gossypii Glover in Different Cotton Cultivars with Insect Pest-resistance

通过室内接虫罩网固定后定时观察,采用Duncan's多重极差检验法进行数据分析,研究了不同抗虫棉品种对棉蚜生长发育的影响。结果表明在不同抗虫棉花品种上,棉蚜发育历期存在明显的差异。在常规抗虫棉鄂棉6号和徐州142上的棉蚜发育历期较长,而在感蚜棉花品种Acala1517和转基因抗虫棉33B、SGK上发育历期较短。在同一棉花品种的不同生长阶段,棉蚜的发育历期也存在着差别。

Development period of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover was observed in different cotton varieties with resistance to insect pests by inoculating the insect pest on cotton leave in laboratory. The results showed that there was of significant difference in development period of the aphid on the different cotton varieties. Development periods of the aphid individuals were longer when they were fed on the Xuzhou 142 and E＇mian No. 6 than those on the varieties of Acala1517, 33B and SGK. Development periods of cotton aphid existed also difference in different growth stages of the same cotton cultivars.
