In this paper, the motivates, events, time, location and main restricted factors on the middle- aged person and young people to patricipate in the physical training are analyzed after the investigation of present situation on the middle - aged person and young people in Xining, Qinghai, to participate in the physical training and then it is put forward to enhance their physical training＇ s measures and countermeasures.
