氟伐他汀短期治疗对冠心病及等危患者高脂餐后血浆甘油三脂C反应蛋白浓度变化的影响

摘要 目的观察氟伐他汀对冠心病及等危患者高脂餐后反应蛋白浓度变化的影响,探讨氟伐他汀短期内对血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的影响。方法64例冠心病患者随机分为氟伐他汀组(26例)和常规治疗组(31例),分别在常规治疗的基础上加用氟伐他汀(40mg/d)及安慰剂,治疗前和1周后接受高脂餐负荷试验,检查空腹和餐后4h血浆CRP和血脂水平。结果两组患者餐后的血浆CRP和甘油三酯(TG)水平较空腹时明显升高(P<0.05)。1周后,常规治疗组的空腹和餐后血浆CRP与血脂水平无显著变化;氟伐他汀组的餐后血浆甘油三酯和CRP浓度较治疗前显著降低,但血浆CRP浓度降低与血脂的降低无显著相关。结论短期氟伐他汀治疗能有效降低冠心病及等危患者高脂餐后升高的CRP浓度。
