摘要
通过整群抽样,调查广东省护理大专自考毕业综合技能考试者494人。分析护理专业自考生考试年限的影响因素,结果表明:护龄、婚姻状况、试题难度与考试年限成正相关,医院级别与之成负相关。
Investigated 494 nurses who took Dart in the graduation synthesis skill exam of Guangdong Province self-learning exam. Group sampling method was adopted. The result showed that years of being nurse, marriage status and difficult degree of the exam contents were Dositively Correlated with exam year, however, degree of hospital were negatively correlated with exam year.
