国产美罗培南降阶梯治疗老年社区获得性下呼吸道感染的临床研究

Stage Rescue Effects of Domestic Meropenem Against Community-acquired Lower Respiratory Infection of Elderly: A Clinical Study

目的:评价国产美罗培南(倍能)降阶梯方案治疗老年社区获得性下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法:125例住院的中、重度老年社区获得性下呼吸道感染患者,随机分为降阶梯治疗组和对照组,比较两组的临床疗效、细菌清除率、感染控制天数、住院费用及不良反应。结果:治疗组共63例,痊愈36例,显效16例,总有效率82.5%,痰菌清除率78.24%,感染控制天数7.8±2.7天,均优于对照组,且副作用小;住院总费用比对照组明显低。结论:倍能用于老年重度下呼吸道感染降阶梯治疗的起始用药,疗效可靠,安全性好,并能降低总的住院费用。

Objective： To evaluate the stage rescue effects and the safety of domestic meropenem （PAINON） in the treatment of moderate and severe community-acquired lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly. Methods：Totally in-patient 125 elderly with moderate and severe community-acquired lower respiratory tract infection were randomized to two groups： stage rescue domestic meropenem group and control, the clinical efficacy, bacteriological eradication rate, the days of controlled infection, side-effect and total hospitalization cost were observed between two groups. Results= 63 cases were enrolled in meropenen group with an effective rate of 82.5%, bacteriological eradication rate of 78.24%, controlled infective days of 7.8 ± 2.7, and had less adverse reactions and total hospitalization cost, compared with the control. Conclusions： PAINON could be of first choice to treat severe lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly, and it is effective, safe and lower total hospitalization cost.
