Analysis on Effects on Short-term Course Training of Evidence Based Medicine

目的:探索短期强化课程对临床实习生的循证医学(EBM)知识自评结果及应用能力的影响。方法:37名临床实习生,自愿参加为期5周、每周2学时的EBM课程培训。课程开始前及结束后,以无记名问卷方式进行自评,同时对应用能力进行测试。结果:自评和测试结果显示学生在EBM各方面的技能有显著提高,原始医学文献的使用明显增多。结论:短期强化课程可显著提高临床实习生的EBM知识和技能。

Objective, To investigate the impact ot short courses in evidence-based medicine （EBM） on students＇ selt-perception ot EBM and their skills of using it. Methods, An EBM seminar series consists ot rive two-hour weekly courses was given to 37 voluntary students during their medical clerkship. Students completed the voluntary survey and skills test at the beginning and end ot the courses. Results, A statistically significant increasing was round in the students＇ selt-assessment ot skills. Students reported using the journal literature significantly more frequently. Statistically significant improvement in student＇ s pertormance was also round on the post-test.Conclusion, An intensive short course in evidence-based based medicine led to a significant increase in knowledge and skills in clinic medical students＇ ability to use EBM principles.
