黄河流域四大重点治理片的水土保持成就与经验

Achievements and Experiences of Soil and Water Conservation in Four Key Harnessment Area in Yellow River Basin

黄河流域的无定河、三川河、黄甫川和定西县四大片水土流失重点治理区，面积４１２９６ｋｍ２，其中水土流失面积３６０９４．２ｋｍ２。四大片１９８３～１９９５年，共计完成水土流失治理措施面积１４３８５．９ｋｍ２，累计治理程度达到５９．１６％。重点治理使区域内水土流失得到了有效控制，减沙率均在５０％以上，生态环境开始向良性转化，土地利用结构趋于合理，人均纯收入增加１．３～２倍，农户脱贫率达９１％。今后应加强区域内的预防监督和治理措施的配套完善，注重深度开发，推广先进技术。

The area of four key harnessment areas of Wuding River, Sanchuan River, Huangpu River and Dingxi County in Yellow River basin was 41296 km2, in which the are subject to soil erosion was 36094. 2 km2. From 1983 to 1995, the four regions totally accomplished 14385. 9 km2 area of harnessment measure for erosion control, with 59. 16% of harnessment degree. Key harnessment effectively controlled the soil loss in these areas with the sediment yield ratio reduced by over 50%, the eec-environment changed benignly, land use structure tended to be reseasonable,pure income per capita increased by 1. 3 to 2 times, the ratio of peasant households which got rid of poverty occupied 91%. In the future, these areas should strengthen prevention and supervision work, and also strengthen the auxiliary and perfect work of harnessment measures, lay stress on deep exploitation of products, spread advanced technology.
