服务贸易是指跨越国界进行服务品交易的商业活动。随着服务业的发展,服务贸易发展水平日益成为衡量国际、地区和城市经济发展水平的标志。本文通过对香港、新加坡服务贸易发展的研究,总结两地依托原有服务业优势、以发展贸易相关服务为主要抓手、并逐步形成亚太重要国际采购中心地位的服务贸易发展模式。最后,文章提出了上海发展服务贸易和建设跨国采购中心若干建议。

Trade in service is the business of service transactions across national boundaries. With the development of the tertiary industry, the developmental level becomes the great standard for weighing a national, regional or urban economic development step by step. The paper mainly discusses the developmental model of TIS in Hong Kong and Singapore then summaries their paths to form major international purchase center in Asia and Pacific Region through taking advantage of the traditional service and grasping the opportunity to accelerate the trade related service industry. The paper also put forward some suggestions to Shanghai＇s development in TIS and international purchase center.
