摘要 本文在总结了美国零售业的历史变迁、发展趋势以及发展特质后,在中国零售业全面加入WTO的背景下分析了中国零售业者经营现状的困境,在此基础上作者进行了趋势性的预测,并提出了具体的建议。作者建议中国零售产业取得长短期的平衡发展。 After the historical change, the development trend and the development features of American retailing are concluded, the author analyzes the difficult situation which the Chinese retailers face with the entry of Chinese retailing into WTO. On the basis of all these factors, the author makes the prediction and puts forward the concrete suggestions. It is suggested that the Chinese retailing should develop steadily and create optimized macro-benefit.
