摘要 塑壳断路器操作机构的拒分问题是断路器设计中的核心问题之一,需要尽力避免。通过运用ADAMS仿真软件,对某型号断路器进行了仿真研究,阐述了其机构拒分的原因,通过试验,对所提出的解决方案进行了验证。结果表明,提出的设计方法能够有效解决塑壳断路器拒分问题。 The anti-interrupting of operating mechanism in moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) was one of the design problems needed avoiding as much as possible. By using ADAMS simulation software, the simulation research of one-type MCCB was carried out, the causes of anti-interrupting of operating mechanism were expatiated. By using the multi-body dynamic software package to test, the proposed solution was verified. The result shows that the design approach to be put forward can solve anti-interrupting problem effectively.
